At Jean Marc Paris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase; if you are not entirely happy, we offer a 30-day return policy for products in their original, unused condition. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or heavily used.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the item in its original fragrance box and shipping carton to ensure the glass bottle is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
